Regional sponsored migration scheme (RSMS-187)
“Acquiring a Visa includes a lot of hassles which might be quite overwhelming. We ensure
that the process is seamless.”
RSMS is a type of permanent visa similar to ENS-186, except it’s nominated by an employer which is located in “regional Australia”. Many areas are defined as regional areas in Australia. For the list, visit https://www.immi.gov.au/employers/rsms_postcodes.htm. These states are deemed regional, entirely:
- Western Australia
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
In New South Wales (NSW), Victoria and Queensland there are a few “regional areas.” Concisely, if you’re nominated to work in either Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra or Darwin, you’re already eligible for RSMS-187.
Like ENS-186, RSMS-187 visa too has three streams:
- Temporary residence transition Stream
- Direct Entry Stream
- The Agreement Stream
