ENS Nomination

“Acquiring a Visa includes a lot of hassles which might be quite overwhelming. We ensure that the process is seamless.”

Before the issuance of the visa, a nomination is required. Nomination is the first stage of 186 visa application. There are 3 streams of 186 nomination:

  • Temporary Residents Transition Stream
  • Direct Entry Stream
  • Agreement Stream

Each stream has a different nomination process.

  1. Temporary Residents Transition Stream

This stream is applicable for 457 visa holders who are working for your company for the past 2 years as a 457 holder. The company, provided it is fulfilling the training obligations, can file the nomination.

  1. Direct Entry Stream

The direct stream is applicable for your company’s onshore and offshore employees who will be directly employed with you for more than next 2 years provided their occupation is listed on the CSOL.

There is no minimum salary criteria as long as the salary meets the Australian Market Rate.
